The Renown Five Star Resort of La Manga Club is receiving one of the most sort after coveted honours in Spanish Golf. The Resort is one of the most famous locations in Murcia, La Manga Club is located on the Costa Calida Coastline, South East of Spain – the Resort has been singled out for praise from the Royal Spanish Golf Federation and been awarded the ‘Merit in Golf‘ recognition for La Manga Club’s contribution to golf in not only Spain but Europe also, and the world for more than four decades.
The Gorgeous Resort of La Manga Club is a five time host of the Spanish Open from 1973-77, with some of biggest names in golf playing leading roles in La Manga Clubs Prestigious history since opening in 1972 – helping establish and develop the resort, attracting the worlds most elite sports personnel and clubs to La Manga Club – with such attractions being the leisure facilities and sports available.
With History of hosting the Spanish Open, both for Ladies and Men – The Resort has hosted a number of other high profile amateur and professional tournaments for golfers of all ages, one of these tournaments being the Spanish Junior Golf Championship for the eight time last month.

The Latest accolade is an addition to a long list of awards the Resort has previously received, including the most recent award being named Spain’s Best Golf Hotel at the World Golf Awards for not just the first year, but the second year running – and also being voted the Best Golf Resort in Spain by Today Golfers Readers for the 5th successive year!
The La Manga Golf Course is set across a vast 1,400 acres, the extensive golf facilities include three fantastic 18-hole courses, with a recently opened Leadbetter golf Academy – with this academy being the only one in mainland Spain, also the golf facilities include a nine-hole academy.
